摘要 采用霍尔传感器设计一种以AT89C51单片机为核心的电参量检测系统。介绍应用霍尔效应的磁平衡原理实现对电流、电压的精确测量,在此基础上,利用真有效值变换器、多路转换开关及相位差测量电路等实现对交流电功率因素、有功功率、频率等参数的测量。研究结果表明该方法与传统基于电磁原理的互感器测量方法相比,具有线性度好,精确度高,电气高度隔离。其电气隔离性与光耦相比,温度漂移小,故其隔离传送精度远远优于光耦。这为研制一种新型多电参量测量打下了良好的基础。 Using Hall sensor to design a kind of electricity parameter measurement system based on AT89C51 single chip computer integrated circuit. How to use the magnetism balancing theory of Hall effect to realize a precise measurement for current and voltage is introduced. Based on this,.using real effective converter, multiplex change - over switch and phase difference measurement circuit to realize the measurement for parameter of AC circuit power factor, service power and frequency. The results from present investigation suggest that comparing to traditional mutual inductor measuring technique based on electromagnetism principle,this method use wired, the nature is good, the precision is high, it is electrical isolation, it is safe and reliable. Comparing to light transformer, its illumination isolation temperature drift is very little. So its isolation convey accuracy is better than light transformer. All of these provide a very good foundation to develop a new kind of multi - electricity parameter measuring instrument.
