针对煤矿暂储煤仓低料位检测与物料堵塞这2个关键问题,文章介绍了一种采用液压方式进行检测和控制的低料位检测与防堵装置的设计,详细介绍了该装置的安装、结构及工作原理。实际应用表明,该装置操作简便、运行稳定、性能可靠,可有效地解决暂储煤仓的料位与堵塞问题,具有较高的应用价值。

Aiming at two problems of measuring low coal level and preventing blockage of a temporary coal bunker of coal mine, the paper introduced a design of equipment of measuring low coal level and preventing blockage, which used hydraulic way to measure and control, and introduced installation, structure and working principle of the equipment in details. The actual application showed that the device had simple operation, stable running and reliable performance, and could resolve the problems of low coal level and blockage in a temporary coal bunker effectively with high application value.
