在线自校正激光诱导荧光检测微芯片的应用

摘要 实验室自行搭建完成一套微芯片体系,包括整体式聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微芯片及基于电荷耦合装置(CCD)的在线自校正激光诱导荧光检测装置。该体系具有微通道清洗及进样操作简单、分离快速等特点,已成功运用于氨基酸分离及标准蛋白质的筛分。 A micro- separation system was established and on -line auto -deducting background diode laser , including an integrated poly (dimethylsiloxane) microchip induced fluorescence detector based on charge coupling devices (CCD). Virtues of the micro -separation system include simple operation such as channel cleaning and sam- ple injecting and fast separation. The micro - separation system has been used for separation of amino acid and standard proteins.
