平菇9400菌株脱毒复壮研究

Study of 9400-Pleurotus Strains'Detoxification Rejuvenation

对平菇9400菌株组织分离所获母种进行脱毒复壮处理,采用定性、定量的方法对其效果进行比较研究。试验结果表明,该菌株经3至4次脱毒复壮处理后,菌丝体的生长速度、长势、液体培养菌丝体干重等均极显著地优于对照组和1至2次脱毒处理,该方法值得在生产中推广应用。

9400 - pleurotus strains received from the mother organization of r - uvenmion for detoxification treat- ment, using qualitative and quantitmive methods to study the effect comparatively. The result showed that after 3 -4 cycles of detoxification r uvenation treatment, themycelium growth rate, growth condition and mycelium dry weight after being cultivated inliquid media etc, had significantly superior to the comparative group and the group of 1 -2 cycles of detoxification r - uvenation treatment, this method is worth spreading and applying in produce.
