摘要
对平菇脱毒菌株进行熟料栽培研究。测试其菌丝体生长状况、生物转化率等。试验结果经方差分析可知,脱毒菌株发菌期较组织分离菌株平均缩短2.5 d,生物转化率提高了8%。其菌丝体长势、发菌期、出菇时间、菇形、生物效率显著的优于组织分离菌株。
Study virus - free, strains of Pleurotus for cultivation of clinker, testing their mycelium growth status and biology conversion rate, and by analysis of variance. The result showed that bacteria of virus - free strains reduced by an average of 2.5 d than those organizations, hair isolates, biotransformation rate increased by 8%. The mycelium growth condition, mucor period, fruiting time, shape of mushroom, and biology efficiency has significantly superior to those organizations hair isolates.
