摘要 针对现有煤矿甲烷检测装置存在的缺点,文章提出了一种基于光谱吸收检测原理的煤矿甲烷红外检测系统的设计方案,分析了红外差分吸收检测原理,详细介绍了系统硬件及软件设计。该煤矿甲烷红外检测系统以宽带LED作为光源,采用单光路进行差分吸收检测,消除了双光路系统中由于光路的差异引起的误差;采用锁相放大器对微弱信号进行相敏检波,采用去极值移动平滑法对数字量进行滤波,提高了系统的灵敏度。实验结果表明,该系统检测的甲烷浓度在精确度和稳定性方面均满足检测要求。 Aiming at the shortcomings of existed methane detection device of coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of methane infrared detection system of coal mine based on detection principle of spectral absorption. It analyzed detection principle of infrared difference absorption, and introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details. The methane infrared detection system of coal mine took wide band LED as light source and used one light path to realize detection of difference absorption, which eliminated error caused by difference of light path in two light path system, used phase locking amplifier to make phase sensitivity demodulation for small signal and moving smoother method with removing extreme value to filter for digital quantity, which improved Sensitivity of the system. The experimental result showed that the precision and stability of methane concentration detected by the system could meet detection demands.
