摘要
目的:探讨氟伐他汀对高血压大鼠肾脏皮质炎症因子表达的影响。方法:给予左旋-硝基精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)建立氧化亚氮缺乏性高血压肾脏硬化大鼠模型。观察氟伐他汀对高血压肾脏硬化大鼠24 h尿蛋白、尿微白蛋白、组织病理学及IL-6,IL-1β,AngⅡ的影响。结果:氟伐他汀可减少高血压肾脏硬化大鼠24 h尿蛋白、尿微白蛋白的排泄,减轻肾脏硬化,降低IL-6,IL-1β,AngⅡ的分泌。结论:氟伐他汀能改善肾脏硬化,降低炎症因子水平是其机制之一。
Objective: To assess the inflammation occurring in the kidney of Sprague-Dawley rats induced by l-nitro-arginine-methyl-ester(L-NAME) over time and investigate the effects of fluvastatin treat- ment. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were administered by L-NAME to form hypertensive nephropathy,then the rats were administered by fluvastatin. After 16 weeks the rats had their kidneys removed to be measured angiotensin Ⅱ ( Ang Ⅱ ) , interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) and interleukin-1β ( IL-1β )- Pathologic measurement was detected. Results: In comparison with the group of hypertensive nephropathy, the urinary of 24 hours protein and microalbunminuria were much lower in the group of fluvastatin(P 〈 0.01 ) , and the level of Ang Ⅱ , IL-6 and IL-1β were much lower, too. Conclusion: Fluvastatnin prevents or retards hypertension- induced renal nephropathy via inhibition of renal nephropathy fibrosis and proteinuria, the infammation might be one of the mechanisms.
