Through the analysis of the function of symbol, projection and sand in sandplay as well as the psychological characteristics of maintenance therapists, it can be found that sandplay is an effective tool for diagnosis and therapy for methadone therapists, who can talk with themselves and arrive at their unconsciousness level, so as to achieve treatment.
