AngⅡ对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖的影响

Effect of Angiotensin II on Proliferation of 3T3-L1 Readipocyte

为研究AngⅡ对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖的影响,本文采用血清法和血清饥饿法两种方法,外源添加不同浓度AngⅡ,利用MTT法检测3T3-L1增值情况。研究结果表明,有血清法和血清饥饿法中AngⅡ对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞的增殖均无显著性影响(p>0.05)。

To study the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ（AngⅡ） on proliferation of 3T3-L1, proliferation of 3T3-L1 is assayed by MTT with serum and starvation method, the result of which indicated that AngⅡ has no significant influence on proliferation of 3T3-L1 at different concentrate （P〉0.05）.
