水稻地方品种铁含量的差异评价 被引量:7

摘要 以来自我国12个省的113份水稻地方品种为试验材料,分析了不同省份、不同类型、不同品种糙米铁含量的差异。结果表明,113份水稻地方品种的铁含量变异范围为8.1~19.9mg/kg,平均值为11.5mg/kg,变异系数为15.56%。各省份水稻地方品种的平均铁含量大小顺序为吉林>江西>福建>广东>安徽>四川>云南>广西>江苏>湖北>湖南>贵州。粳米的铁含量显著高于籼米;糯米的铁含量显著高于粘米;紫米的铁含量显著高于普通米和红米。福建省的陆种糯和吉林省的红毛稻铁含量较高,分别为19.9mg/kg和16.5mg/kg。今后应重视吉林省地方品种以及粳稻、糯稻和紫稻地方品种的铁含量分析,积极发掘富铁水稻种质,以提供利用于水稻育种研究。 Difference of iron contents in 113 rice landraces from 12 provinces of China was evaluated. The results showed that the variation range of the iron contents for the landraces was 8.1-19.9mg/kg, with an avarage of 11.5mg/kg. The coefficient of variation was 15.56%. The order of the average value of iron content of the landraces in 12 provinces was as follows: Jilin 〉 Jiangxi 〉 Fujian 〉 Guangdong 〉 Anhui 〉 Sichuan 〉 Yunnan 〉 Guangxi 〉 Jiangsu 〉 Hubei 〉 Hunan 〉 Guizhou. Iron content of japonica rice was significantly higher than that of indica rice; iron content of glutinous rice was significantly higher than that of nonglutinous rice; iron content of purple rice was significantly higher than that of general rice and red rice. Iron content of Luzhongnuo from Fujian Province and Hongmaodao from Jilin Province were higher than other varieties, which were 19.9mg/kg and 16.5mg/kg respectively. Japonica rice, glutinous rice, purple rice and the local rice varieties from Jilin Province should be paid attention in order to choose rice varieties with rich iron content and use in rice breeding.
