摘要
工作满意感和工作绩效同为任何组织都必须关注的终极结果变量,二者间的关系向来是组织理论和管理实践中关注的焦点课题,但从未得出普遍认同的结论。本文从质化和量化两方面对工作满意感和工作绩效关系的研究进行了述评。质化评论包括有关工作满意感与工作绩效的关系的各种观点,量化研究的评论介绍元分析有关二者相关大小的结论及有关调节二者关系的中介变量的研究,最后,对未来的有关工作满意感和工作绩效的关系的进一步的研究提出建议。
Abstract: The relationship between job satisfaction and job performance has long been an important focus in the research of organizational behavior. However, no conclusion has ever been commonly acknowledged. This paper reviews the previous research on the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance through qualitative and quantitative methods. While different viewpoints on the relationship between the two variables will be reviewed from the qualitative perspective, the quantitative review will demonstrate the results of meta-analysis and the media-variables which modulate the relationship between the two variables. Finally. suggestions for future research will also be provided.
