摘要
惩戒的变迁和规训的诞生,表明肉刑的隐匿以及权力运作艺术新角度的显现,这是社会从传统走向现代性的显著标志之一。现代性社会中,权力在运作过程中表现出高超的艺术形式,权力的运作已外化为规训的表征,并弥散于整个社会,导致了宰制场域的形成。在这个场域中,主体性在统一、秩序和规范等标准的制约下,遭遇到抑制与销磨。但是,不甘忍受压抑和窒息的主体却以个性的激情与张扬,寻求突破和解放。
