离子液体双水相萃取分离四环素的研究 被引量:4

摘要 建立了由亲水性离子液体四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([Bmim]BF4)NaH2PO4形成的双水相体系萃取分离四环素的新方法,研究了盐的浓度、离子液体的用量、四环素的加入量、pH值等对四环素萃取率的影响.结果表明:离子液体的量在1.0-2.0ml,四环素的量在1.8ml,NaH2PO4的浓度在33.3%-38.5%(质量分数),离子液体双水相体系对四环素有较高的萃取率大于〉95%. Established by the hydrophilic ionic liquid tetrafluoroborate 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole ( [ Bmim] BF4) and the formation of NaH2PO4 aqueous two-phase extraction system tetracycline new method to study the concentration of salt, ionic liquids Dosage, the addition of tetracycline volume on the extraction rate of tetracycline. The results show that: the amount of ionic liquids in the 1.0 - 2.0 ml, the amount of tetracycline in 1.8 ml, NaH2PO4 in the concentration of 33.3% to 38.5% (mass), ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system of tetracycline there is a higher extraction rate (E% 〉95%).
