癫痫大鼠海马p38MAPK变化及W-7对其的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨p38丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)在癫痫大鼠海马结构的活性变化,并观察钙调蛋白抑制剂W-7的干预作用。方法健康SD大鼠38只,随机分为,对照组、癫痫组和W-7低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组,免疫组织化学方法和免疫印记方法检测海马组织p38MAPK蛋白表达的变化。结果癫痫组p38MAPK蛋白阳性细胞表达率较对照组明显增加,W-7各剂量的组明显较对照组降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中W-7高剂量组降低最为明显。结论戊四氮导致癫痫大鼠海马中p38MAPK蛋白阳性细胞表达率增高,W-7对戊四氮诱导的癫痫大鼠具有保护作用,其作用与p38MAPK的蛋白表达相关。
