汉中市三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解汉中市三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。方法用区分剂量法进行抗性检测;测定常用药物对三带喙库蚊的LC50。结果三带喙库蚊对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯均已达到高抗水平,对氯菊酯达到中抗水平,对氯氰菊酯、DDT较为敏感;DDT、敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威对三带喙库蚊的LC50分别为0.221、9.212、0.006、0.026、0.008、0.003、1.747、12.079mg/L。结论灭蚊工作避免使用敌敌畏和溴氰菊酯,应注重综合防治。 Objective To learn the resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to insecticides in Hanzhong city. Methods Distinguishing dosage method was used to detect the resistance of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus to insecticides. The LC50of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus to common used insecticides were studied. Results High resistance to DDVP and dehamethrin,moderate resistance to permethrin and susceptibility to cypermethrin and DDT were obtained. The LC50 of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus to DDT, DDVP, beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, deltamethrin, cypermethrin, abate and propoxur were 0. 221,9. 212,0. 006,0. 026,0. 008,0. 003,1. 747 and 12. 079 mg/L respectively. Conclusion DDVP and dehamethrin could not be applied and integrated management should be selected for control mosquitoes in these areas.
