TCD与CTA在颅内动脉狭窄诊断中的比较观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)与CT血管造影(CTA)在颅内动脉狭窄诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对102例临床高度怀疑颅内动脉狭窄的患者在2周内行TCD与头颅CTA检查,分析两者相关性及临床应用价值。结果TCD与头颅CTA符合性以CTA为标准,TCD对颈内动脉系统血管狭窄的敏感性为87.6%,特异性为94.1%,符合率为84.3%;TCD对椎—基底动脉系统血管狭窄的敏感性73.7%,特异性为84.3%,符合率为89.2%。结论TCD对颅内动脉狭窄诊断可靠性好,CTA为脑血管狭窄提供进一步有效的检查手段,TCD与CTA互补应用可为脑血管疾病的诊治提供可靠的客观依据。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transcranial doppler(TCD) and Computed tomography angiography (CTA) in diagnosing intracranial artery stenosis disease. Methods There were 102 cases underwent TCD and CTA examination within two weeks, who highly suspected intracranial artery stenosis. Compared the imaging results of clinical value and analyzed the related factors. Results According to CTA results, the sensitivity of TCD in diagnosing internal carotid artery system vascular stenosis was 87.6%, the specificity was 94.1%, and the coincidence ration was 84.3 %. The sensitivity in diagnosing basal arterial vascular stenosis was 73.7 %, specificity was 84.3 %, and the coincidence ration was 89.2%, compared with CTA results. Conclusion It' s reliable to diagnose intracranial artery stenosis with TCD, and the CTA examination provide an effective method for cerebral vascular stenosis disease. The examination of TCD and CTA proved objective clue for cerebral vascular disease each other.
