摘要
255例糖尿病患者被分为三组：非蛋白尿、蛋白尿、肾功不全。依照年龄、性别、文化水平、血压、病程、视网膜病变的不同，采用Ridit分析法对肾脏改变进行研究，结果显示：糖尿病病程、高血压、视网膜病变与糖尿病肾病的发展相关。
255 cases of diabetes mellitus were divided into three group: non- proteiuria, proteiuria, renal fuctionimpairment. The renal change was studied by Ridit analysis according to age, sex, level of education,blood pressure,duration of disease,retinopathy. The results showed that the progress of diabetic nephropathy is associated with dura-tion of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, retinopathy.
