摘要
我院自1991年8月至1997年8月收治心脏穿通伤6例，均行手术治疗，治愈4例，死亡2例，其中1例死于急性肾衰，1例术后脑死亡。我们认为抢救心脏穿通伤的关键在于早期诊断，及时手术。
6 cases of trauma of the heart were treated at aLlthor's hospital from August 1991 to august 1997 .allcases were treated surgically. As a result, 4 cases completely recovcred and 2 cases died. On salvaging cardiac perforat-ing wound,it suggest that it's key to make and efinitivc diagnosis as soon as possible,and then to perform an operationtimely.
