60例后循环缺血患者脑血管形态的数字减影血管造影分析 被引量:8

摘要 由后循环缺血引起的缺血性脑血管病约占20%,后循环缺血的诊断和处理,原则上与前循环缺血相似。但由于椎-基底动脉系统血管形态结构的特殊性和后循环缺血临床症状体征的复杂性决定了其诊断和处理的复杂性。与前循环动脉相比,后循环动脉的管径相对较细,使治疗更加困难。
