摘要
目的:探讨外挂MLC与LA常用的三种联锁方式,寻找相对优化的一种联锁方式,并针对其存在的安全联锁予以改进。方法:以三种不同的方式(1.通过LA的READY信号控制继电器的联锁;2.通过治疗门的控制信号联锁;3.通过BEAMON指示灯信号联锁)建立MLC与直线加速器的联锁,测试并分析这三种联锁方式与LA的运行状况,针对联锁安全,在其中一种联锁方式的基础上引入反馈信号。结果:以上外挂MLC与LA的三种联锁方式都可以正常运行,但由于LA的READY信号未与其他信号串并联,可靠性高且可以接受MLC的反馈信号。结论:通过LA的READY信号控制继电器的联锁方式最佳,且可以接受MLC的反馈信号,形成一个闭环联锁机制,从而进一步保证放射治疗的可靠性和安全性。
Objective: To discuss three usual interlock modes and find out the more optimized mode to ameliorate for secure interlock. Methods: Interlocks between MLC and LA were set up by using three modes (1.the interlock of utilizing linear accelerator' READY signal to control relay.2.the interlock of treatment door controlling signal.3.the interlock of BEAMON signal show lights), and their running states with LA were measured and analyzed. It is more secure to connect feedback signal on the basis of the interlock of utilizing linear accelerator' READY' signal to control relay. Results: The three modes were all secure running methods, however, linear accelerator 'READY' signal was credible because it was not connected with another signal and it could accept feedback signal. Conclusion: To utilize linear accelerator ' READY signal to control relay is optimal. It is more secure and credible to set up feedback signal circle for linear accelerator 'READY signal in radiotheranv.
