中药疣毒净对离体人乳头瘤病毒DNA的影响

Effect of Youdujing for External Use on Human Papilloma Virus DNA in Vitro

为从分子水平探讨自行研制的由鸦胆子、紫草、莪术等组成的中药外用制剂疣毒净治疗尖锐湿疣的作用机理，本研究采用聚合酶链反应技术（ＰＣＲ）检测３例离体尖锐湿疣（ＣＡ）皮损中人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）ＤＮＡ经疣毒净外用剂作用后的变化。结果显示当ＣＡ组织块匀浆液的含量在０．１０ｍｇ／Ｌ以下时，经０．５ｋｇ／Ｌ以上浓度疣毒净外用剂作用７ｄ后，ＰＣＲ＿ＨＰＶ＿ＤＮＡ检测为阴性，提示疣毒净外用剂对离体ＣＡ组织中的ＨＰＶ＿ＤＮＡ可能有某种破坏作用。

olymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was applied to detect the human papilloma virus (HPV) DNA in the lesion of condyloma acuminatum (CA). Samples taken from 3 cases of CA after treated with external use of Youdujing were prepared as homogenates of various concentrations and subjected to PCR examination. The results showed that after treatment with %>50%Youdujing for 7 days, PCR revealed a negative reaction of HPV-DNA when the concentration of homogenate was less than 0.10mg/L. It is indicated that Youdujing may exert a destructive effect on HPV_DNA in CA tissue in vitro.
