摘要 目的:用索氏提取法提取革叶耳蕨叶的脂肪酸成分。方法:甲酯化处理后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术首次对该耳蕨叶中脂肪酸成分进行分析和鉴定。结果:发现该耳蕨叶主要的脂肪酸成分是:油酸(25.37%)、棕榈酸(16.18%)、亚油酸(10.92%)和植醇(10.96%)。结论:油酸和亚油酸是革叶耳蕨叶的药效成分。 Objective: To investigate the fatty acids in Polystichum neolobatum Nakal. Methods: The fatty acids in leaves of P.neolobatum Nakal were extracted by Soxet extraction.The extracted fatty acids were esterified and then analyzed by GC-MS for the first time. Results: The main constituents of fatty acids in leaves of P.neolobatum Nakal were(Z)-9-octadecenoic acid(25.37%),n-hexadecanoic acid(16.18%),9,12-octadecadienoic acid(10.92%) and phytol(10.96%) Conclusion: (Z)-9-octadecenoic acid and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid are the main components of the fatty acids in the leaves of P.neolobatum Nakal which have the value for medical use.
