摘要 针对"信息孤岛"导致有价值的数据信息流失和沉淀,探讨了工控系统中的软件系统集成问题。由于工业控制软件系统的多样性,鉴于工程需求不同存在各种类型的集成,如DCS与FCS的集成,控制网与信息网的集成等等,重点探讨了工控系统集成中的实时动态数据交换相关问题。实际工程应用结果表明,基于OPC的动态数据交换技术具有良好的应用前景。 Aimed at the deposition and flee loose of valuable information data resulted from ‘ information isolated island' in industrial control system, the paper explores the problem of software system integration. Due to the multiformity of industrial control software system, whereas difference of engineering requirement there exist various kinds of integration such as integration between DCS and FCS, control net and information net and etc. The paper mainly explores the exchange of dynamic data in real time. The effect of practical engineering application shows that it has better application foreground to the exchange technology of dynamic data based on OPC in industrial control system.
