摘要
共同侵权行为作为一种复杂的侵权行为,是理论中争议较大的问题,同时在认定中也存在很大的分歧。通过将共同侵权行为与相似行为的比较,试图对共同侵权行为的认定有更深入的理解和认识。
As a complicated tort, joint tort is a disputed theoretical problem, at the same time identification of tort exists a lot of differences. This paper tries to compare joint tort with similar action, to understand identification of joint tort.
