摘要
在现代英语教学中,一些"特殊"单词的语音和拼写教学对广大英语教师来说是一种挑战。既然英语单词的发音和拼写差异都是以其音位规则为基础,教师完全可以用音位规则来辅助教学,使学生掌握一些对特殊单词的发音和拼写规律,进而对英语学习产生浓厚的兴趣。
In modern English teaching, teaching the pronunciation and spelling of some ＂special＂ words becomes a challenge. The author in this article advocates that since the pronunciation and spelling of English words are based on some rules of phonology, teacher can use some rules of phonology to affiliate English teaching. Thus students can master the rules of the pronunciation and spelling of some special words, and to be interested in English learning.
