摘要
培养、激发学生的学习兴趣,是关系到体育课教学效果和学生是否能积极从事体育锻炼的重要前提。试对如何提升学生的体育课兴趣,从而达到最好的教学效果,培养学生养成自我锻炼的习惯进行分析。
How to train and stimulate students＇ learning interest is related with the teaching effects of physical education, and it is the important prerequisite whether students can actively engage in physical exercises. This essay tests the students on how to enhance the interest in physical education so as to achieve the best effect of teaching and train students to develop the habit of self-analysis.
