钎焊金刚石微观形貌与磨粒磨损状态关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用两种不同镍基钎料,适当控制钎焊工艺,制备出Ⅰ、Ⅱ两个钎焊样品。试样深腐蚀后对单颗金刚石表面和磨削后的金刚石磨粒微观形貌进行了分析。金刚石表面碳化物形貌为颗粒状物质的试样Ⅰ中金刚石的磨损过程为原始形貌-微破碎-大块破碎-断裂;而金刚石表面碳化物形貌为针柱状物质的试样Ⅱ中金刚石的磨损过程为原始形貌-断裂。 Two brazing samples-sample Ⅰ and sample Ⅱ have been prepared by using two kinds of nickel-based solder with appropriately control of brazing process. It has analyzed the single diamond surface after deep erosion and microtopography of diamond grinding grains in this paper. Sample Ⅰ with its surface carbonide being particles has experienced the abrasion process as following, original shape -- micro-crash - crashing in large frag- ments -- rupture, while sample Ⅱ with its surface carbonide being columns has experi- enced the abrasion process as following, original shape -- rupture.
