摘要
文章介绍了研究叶蜡石物理性能的方法,在分析了焙烧工艺对叶蜡石物理性能影响的基础上,研究了焙烧温度与叶蜡石失水百分数、叶蜡石块的抗压强度及剪切强度之间的联系。实验发现叶蜡石失水百分数与焙烧相同温度下叶蜡石抗压强度具有线性关系,并探索了判断叶蜡石软硬程度的依据。
It has introduced a method for studying physical performance of pyrophyllite, and analyzed the relationships between the baking temperature and water lost percentage, compressive strength and shearing strength of pyrophyllite based on the analysis of the baking effects on the physical performance of pyrophyllite in this paper. The test has discovered that the water lost percentage and the compressive strength of the pyrophyllite baked under the same temperature presented a nearly linear relationship. The judging basis for the hardness degree of pyrophyllite has also been discussed in this paper.
