SCB diamond abrasive image analysis

文章利用DiaInspect.OSM超硬磨料图像自动分析系统,对SCB型号的人造金刚石产品进行图像分析,结合数码照相体视显微镜进行形貌观测,并探讨了金刚石磨料颗粒的图像分析结果与金刚石品级之间的关系。实验结果表明:随着SCB金刚石产品品级的提高,产品的形貌趋于规则,图像分析的一系列参数均有所提高。

In this paper, the authors analyzed the image of synthetic SCB diamond products using DiaInspect. OSM superhard abrasive automatic image analysis system, observed its morphology combined with the digital camera of the stereomicroscope and discuss the re- lations between the results of diamond abrasive particle image analysis and the diamond grade. The experimental results show that the appearance of products tends to perfect and a series of image analysis parameters have been enhanced with the improvement of SCB diamond grade.
