摘要 目的:用IP板取代直线加速器高能X片盒和普通X片暗合,拍摄射野证实片和模拟定位片。方法:常规摆位,热塑面罩固定。证实片加速器用拍片模式(6MV,剂量率50MU/分)每次给5MU,定位片用75KV、60MA。结果:拍摄图像清晰,能清楚地分辨主要解剖结构,清晰地记录了患者各照射野的大小,形状,中心及照射野与人体解剖之间的关系,较为直观地反应了患者定位和投照的部位和区域。结论:IP板用于拍摄射野证实片和模拟定位片图像清晰,便于数字化处理,存储方便,资料容易查找。 Objective: Using image plate to photograph validate film and simulating orientation film instead of linear accelerator's high - energy X - ray cassette and common X - ray cassette. Methods : Using traditional set - up and thermoplastic mask inter- treatment, photographing validate film, the linear accelerator's film making model (6MV, dosage rate :50MU/min) and 5 MU each time, photographing orientation film,75 KV and 60MA was suitable. Results : The image was clear,we coald clearly differentiate the main anatomical structure. Moreover, the image clearly recorded the size, shape, centre and the relationship between exposure field and human anatomy of each radiation field and comparatively intuitive reflects a patient's set - up posiotion and filming region. Conclusion: Using image plate to photograph portal film and simulating film has stong point thereinafter:the image is very clear, through digital processing, it can be stored conveniently, and the search of every image is very easy.
