社会性别视角下中国女性政治参与的现状、问题及其原因探析

The Status,Problems and the Reasons of Chinese Women's Political Participation under a Social Gender Perspective

女性政治参与是指女性公民试图影响和推动政治系统决策过程的活动。它包含两个彼此相关的方面:权力参与和民主参与。社会主义新时期中国女性民主参与的程度有所提高,权力参与止跌回升。但女性政治参与依然存在着突出的问题:权力参与有所停滞且参与结构不合理;女性群体政治冷漠严重。中国女性政治参与问题的存在既有其社会环境方面的原因:经济因素的制约、制度及机制的局限、传统政治文化的影响,也有女性自身的因素。

Female political participation refers to the activities that female citizens try to influence and promote decisionmaking process of political system. It contains two interrelated aspects： the right participation and democracy participation. In the new era of socialism democracy the democracy participation of Chinese women has increased, the fight to participate has been in rebound. However, female participation in politics remains prominent problems： the right of participation has stagnated, and the participation structure is irrational; female groups indifference to politics is serious. The existence of Chinese women＇s political participation problems not only has social environment factors： the restriction of economic factors, the limitations of system and mechanism, the influence of traditional polities and culture, but also has its own factors of female.
