泰山内折香茶菜体外抗菌活性研究

THE ANTIBIOTIC EFFECT IN WITRO OF AQUEOUS EXTRACT OR RABDOSIA INFEDUS FROM TAISHAN

目的为进一步观察泰山产内折香茶菜水提物的体外抗菌活性。方法取纯革兰氏阴性杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别接种于１ｍｌ肉膏汤内，３７℃孵育６ｈ，ｐＨ７４，１∶１０００稀释后备用；另将甲型溶血链球菌接种于０５％的羊血细胞肉膏汤内，３７℃孵育１８ｈ，ｐＨ７４，１∶１０稀释后备用。用试管对倍稀释法观察内折香茶菜水提物对以上细菌的抗菌作用。结果泰山产内折香茶菜水提物对多数的革兰氏阴性杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌及甲型溶血性链球菌都有不同程度的抑制或杀伤作用。结论泰山产内折香茶菜水提物具有较好的体外抗菌作用。

Objective To observe the antibiotic effect in vitro of aqueous extract of Rabdosia Infedus from TaishanMethods We inoculated some kinds of Gram-negative bacilli and Saureus into 1 ml meat solution,cultured at 37℃ for 6h,pH 74,diluted it to 1:1000And we inoculated α-hemolytic streptococcus into 1 ml meat solution including 05% goat erythroblast,cultured at 37℃ for 18 h ,pH:74,then diluted it to 1:10We used the tube dilution test to determine the antibacterial activity of Rabdosia InfedusResults Rabdosia Infedus aqueous extract had bactericidal and antiblastic effect on most of Gram-negative bacilli and some of G-positive cocciConclusion Rabdosia Infedus from Taishan has antibiotic effect
