血清脂蛋白(a)的自动分析法及参考值

STUDY FOR AUTOMATIC ANALYSIS OF SERUMAL LIPOPROTEIN(a) AND ITS REFERENCE INDEX

目的建立脂蛋白（ａ）的自动透射比浊法，探讨本地区健康人脂蛋白（ａ）水平及分布。方法取羊抗人脂蛋白（ａ）血清，经聚乙二醇—磷酸盐—氯化钠缓冲液（ＰＥＧ－ＰＢＳ）处理，按终点法在ＴＥＣＨＮＩＣＯＮＲＡ－５００生化分析仪上编制测定参数。结果批内ＣＶ：２８％～４３％，批间ＣＶ：３２％～４７％，回收率：９８１％～１０３６％，线性范围：０～８００ｍｇ／Ｌ，１２０４名不同年龄健康人血清脂蛋白（ａ）为１５６０３±１１４３ｍｇ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ）。结论该法灵敏度高，特异性强，能自动分析大批量标本，亦可用于手工操作，血清脂蛋白（ａ）水平与年龄、性别无关。

Objective the automatic turbidimetric test to detect the lipoprotein (a) level in serum,and explore serumal lipoprotein (a) level and distribution of normal persons in our district was set up in this paper.Methods sheep serum of polyethlene ghycol-phosphate-sodium choride (PEG-PBS).Basing on the end-point method,meterad parameters were editted into TECHNICON-500 biochemical instrument.[WTHX〗Results Its intraassy coefficient of variation was 28%～43%,interassay coefficient of variation was 32%～47%,recover efficiency was 981%～1036%,liner range was 0～800mg/L.The serumal lipoprotein(a) level in 1204 normal persons with various age was 156031±143mg/L(±s).[WTHX〗Conclusion Our date indicated that the method have high sensibilility and specificity,and may chect many samoles automaticly at same time,and also might perform by maniphlation.The Lp(a)level is not relative to age and sex.
