大众化背景下高校教学督导工作的改革与创新 被引量:3

摘要 为应对大众化带来的诸多问题和挑战,教学督导工作应进行以下改革与创新:转变督导观念,变对全员督导为全员参与的督导;强化服务意识,增加服务职能,以服务统领教学督导工作;深化督导评价方式,用发展性督导替代现在的经验式或诊断式督导;建立督导人员培训制度,完善教学督导制度;成立全国性的或区域性的高校教学督导机构,以加强对督导工作的指导。 To deal with the problems and challeges brought by higher education popularization, teaching supervision should be reformed and innovated : the concept of supervision should be changed, and supervision towards all people is changed into supervision participated by all. Service consciousness and service duty will be enhanced, and service will guide the work of teaching supervision. The supervising and evaluation method will be deepened, and developing supervision will replace the emperical or diagnostic supervision. The supervisor training system is to be established and teaching supervision institution will be perfected. A national or regional teaching supervision organizations in higher education are to be set up, so as to intensify guidance to teaching supervision.
