锁定加压钢板在四肢邻近关节骨折中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗四肢邻近关节骨折的疗效。方法收治46例51处四肢邻近关节骨折,均采用有限切开复位LCP内固定治疗,并对其临床资料进行总结和分析。结果46例均获随访。所有患者均骨性愈合,并有满意的活动度,无一例并发症出现。结论LCP是治疗邻近关节骨折较为理想的内固定方式,术中应正确放置钢板位置,按照生物力学原则选择合适的钢板长度及螺钉数目,重视微创理念是手术的关键。
