中医对骨性关节炎病因病机的认识

TCM's Recognition of Causa Morbi and Mechanism to Osteoarthritis

阐述骨性关节炎的发病机制,即与肝肾亏虚,筋骨失养,风寒湿邪侵袭,痰瘀凝滞等因素相关,认为本病属本虚标实之证。辨证施治应注重寒热虚实之分,并与辨病相结合。

With TCM basic theory,it reiterates the attack mechanism of osteoarthritis,which is related with deficient live and kidney, malnutrition of physique, wind cold and wetness attack and sputum and stasis block,etc. ,i. e. the sign of deficient root with overdo superficial. The treatment based on differentiation of signs shall pay attention to cold,hot,deficiency and overdo,and be combined with differentiating diseases.
