升阳止泻汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征89例疗效观察

Shengyang Zhixie Decoction Treat Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) 89 Cases

[目的]观察中药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。[方法]89例随机分为治疗组49例,对照组40例。治疗组合用升阳止泻汤与痛泻要方加减治疗,对照组服用思密达。[结果]治疗组显效率为81.6%,对照组为40%。(P<0.01)。[结论]中药对腹泻型肠易激综合征有较好疗效。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of TCM treating diarrhea IBS. [Method] Randomly divide 89 cases into treat ment group -19 and control 40; the first group took Shengyang Zhixie Decoction and Tongxie Yaofang in revision, the other dioctahedral smectite. [Result] The marked effective rate was 81.6% for treatment group, 40% for control one. There＇s obvious difference after comparison（ P〈0. 01 ）. [Conclusion] TCM has good cure effect on diarrhea IBS.
