葛根素联合激素冲击治疗急性非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变

Therapeutic Effect of Puerain with Corticosteroid on Nonanterior Ischmic Optic Neuropathy

[目的]观察葛根素联合激素冲击疗法对非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)水肿期的疗效。[方法]对临床确诊的NAION经眼底检查及OCT检查确诊为水肿期患者58例60只眼,其中29例30只眼给予葛根素联合激素冲击治疗(治疗组);另外29例30只眼给予激素冲击疗法配合复方樟柳碱(CA)治疗(对照组)。[结果]治疗组视力提高程度明显好于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组在视野改善方面差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);OCT检查,治疗组减轻视盘厚度好于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]葛根素联合激素冲击疗法在NA10N水肿期治疗有较好的治疗效果。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of puerain with corticosteroid on nonanterior isehmic optic neuropathy （NAION）.[Methods] In 58 patients（60 eyes）who were diagnosed as NA10N, 29 patients （30 eyes）underwent intravenous drip with puerain and corticosteroid （treatment group） ;and the other 29 patients （3o eyes）underwent intravenous drip with corticosteroid and compound anisondine （control group） . [Results] The visual acuity was better in treatment group than that in control group with a significant difference （x^2 =4.83 ,P〈0.05）. The visual field in treatment group was better than control group with a significant difference（x^2 = 9. 12, P〈0.01 ）. There was a significant difference between the two groups in thickness of optic neuropathy （x^2 =4.83, P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Puerain with corticosteroid is efficacious in treatment of NAION.
