治伤胶囊治疗胸壁软组织挫伤的临床研究

Clinical Research of Zhishang Jiaonang to Soft Tissue Injury of Chest Wall

[目的]进一步评价治伤胶囊治疗胸壁软组织挫伤的临床疗效。[方法]120例胸壁软组织挫伤患者,采用随机、阳性对照临床研究的方法进行临床试验,其中试验组90例、对照组30例。[结果]试验组痊愈60例(66.7%)、好转29例(32.2%)、无效1例(1.1%);对照组痊愈14例(46.7%)、好转15例(50.0%)、无效1例(3.3%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。[结论]治伤胶囊治疗中医辨证属气滞血瘀证之胸壁软组织挫伤,疗效确切,使用安全。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of Zhishang Jiaonang on soft tissue injury of chest wall. [Method] A randomized, positive controlled trial was adopted, 120 cases was divide into trial group（n=90） and the control group（n= 30）. [Result] 60 cases were cured（66.7%）.29 better（32.2%）,1 had no effect（ 1. 1%） in trial group; 14 cases were cured（46.7%）,15 better （50.0% ）, 1 had no effect （3.3 % ） in control group. With marked difference after statistical dealing. P〈 0.05. [Conclusion] It is suggested that Zhishang Jiaonang was effective exactly in the treatment of soft tissue injury of chest wall with fewer side effects.
