摘要 采用反转录—聚合酶链式反应(RT—PCR)和高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法,对乳腺癌细胞中核糖核酸酶抑制因子(RI)mRNA含量进行检测。结果显示乳腺癌细胞中RImRNA含量明显低于正常乳腺细胞中的含量,揭示乳腺癌细胞中RI基因表达水平低下,可能导致RI合成不足,对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用下降。 The mRNA content of ribonuclease inhibitor(RI)in breast carcinoma was determinated with RT-PCR and high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE)The result showed RI mRNA content in the carcinoma cells was remarkably lower than that of in the normal cells The areas of HPCE UV absorption of RT-PCR products between carinoma cells and normal ones were significantly difference(t test,P<001) This result suggested that the gene expresssion of RI in the breast carcinoma cells was reducing and RI synthesis was inefficient
