Report Analysis on 166 Cases of Physic Bad Reaction

[目的]分析药品不良反应的发生规律,探讨临床合理用药。[方法]对我院2007年收集到的166例ADR报告进行分类统计。[结果]统计的ADR中,发现抗感染药的不良反应较多,注射用中成药在抗感染药后,也占较大比例。[结论]医药人员在做好ADR监测工作的同时,要分析药品不良反应的构成比,探讨药物的合理使用。

[Objective]To analyse the rule of physic bad reaction and discuss reasonable clinical medication. [Method]Make statistics and classification on 166 cases ADR report. [Result]There＇re mostly bad reactions from anti-infection medicines, then comes Chinese patent medicine. [Conclusion]In the same time of doing well ADR supervision,the medical staff must analyse the composing ratio of medicine bad reaction and discuss pharmic reasonable application.
