摘要
PM是一种新型细菌性免疫调解剂。本文仅对基础研究中,植瘤小鼠在不同植瘤期内用PM进行治疗后,其对小鼠抑瘤率的研究。研究结果显示:植瘤30min内行PM治疗,其治疗组的抑瘤率为685%~903%;植瘤后24~48h内行PM治疗,其治疗组的抑瘤率为421%~61%。两种治疗方法的抑瘤率明显高于对照组(对照组的抑瘤率为0,该组为生理盐水,方法同治疗组)。提示该免疫调节剂能增强小鼠自身的免疫杀伤能力。
In this study,the effect of immunoregulator of pseudomonas(PM) aeruginosa with mannose sensitive hemagglutination on mice bearing ascitic sarcoma S180 was investigated.The results showed that the tumor inhibition rate of the treatment group was“685% ~903%”,when the mice were treated with PM immunoregulator within 30 minutes,after tumor 2planted and the tumor inhibiton rate was“421%~61%”,when treaed within 24~48 hours after tumor planted ,compared to in the control group in which saline was used.It is suggested that PM immunoregulator could enhance immunity and elevate antitumor activity.
