摘要
针对因航班延误、取消或超售致使旅客行程延误的问题,讨论了保障航空知情权的必要性以及旅客与承运人在旅客知情权中的角色及权益、义务。分析了旅客行程延误后的相关服务与补偿工作,旅客投诉和抱怨增多的影响因素,探讨和谐民航的构建中保障旅客知情权的必要性、航空旅客知情权保障等问题,为打造真实、全面、及时的民航消费信息环境提出相应的可行性建议。
In the light of a problem like the delay of passengers traveling caused by the flight delay,the flight cancel or the flight overbooking,this paper focuses on the necessity of guaranteeing the passengers' right to know and the roles,rights and obligations of both passengers and carriers.Based on the analysis of relative aftermath service and compensation caused by flight delay,and reasons of more complaints from passengers,this paper first probe into the necessity and strategies of protecting the passengers' right to know.Second,it proposes some feasible suggestions about how to construct a just,overall and timely environment for consuming information.
