抑郁症治疗的新靶点:COX-2 被引量:5

摘要 抑郁症(Depression)是全球性精神问题,目前对抑郁症的发病机制从最早的单胺假说逐渐转向神经内分泌-免疫系统的研究,大量资料证明抑郁症的发生与免疫激活导致细胞因子分泌增多有关。近年来对抑郁症炎症应答系统激活的研究表明:在炎性反应过程中,前列腺素(Prostaglandins,PG)是与大脑进行信息交流的信号分子,抑郁症患者脑内前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)水平升高,环氧酶-2(Cyclooxygenase 2,COX-2)表达增加。临床和动物实验研究结果证明,COX-2抑制剂对抑郁症有良好的治疗作用,其机制包括调节Th1/Th2平衡,保护神经可塑性等方面。
