摘要 为了满足工装管理系统的快速开发和部署的应用需求,提出了基于可定制工装模型开发支持敏捷定制的工装管理系统的思想。全面分析制造资源管理领域,抽象出工装业务类、关系类和操作类,形成了可敏捷定制的全类化统一模型。通过关系类建立业务类之间的关系,将操作类附加到业务类刻画工装管理业务操作,实现工装管理系统定制。开发了支持敏捷定制的工装管理原型系统,并通过定制实例验证了系统的敏捷性。 In order to meet the requirements of process equipment for quick implementation and configuration, it presents agile customizable processing equipment system that based on customizable information model. Processing equipment management business classes, relation classes and operation classes are constituted by abstracting objects of processing equipment management. All the classes are formed the unite model of processing equipment management system. Setting the relation of business classes via relation classes and assigning operation classes to business classes, it realizes the customizable processing equipment management, develops the eustomizable processing equipment management system.
