康乐斐拮抗家兔鼻充血作用

Anti-nasal Decongestant Effect of Kalefei in Rabbits

目的：观察康乐斐（伪麻黄碱＋扑尔敏）抗家兔鼻充血作用，并分别与伪麻黄碱、扑尔敏比较其作用效果。方法：给家兔鼻腔滴入适量０．５％磷酸组胺，造成家兔鼻充血动物模型。测定给药后（康乐斐、伪麻黄碱、扑尔敏）家兔鼻腔滴磷酸组胺前后的温度变化。结果：康乐斐给药５０ｍｇ·ｋｇ１可拮抗家兔鼻腔滴磷酸组胺后鼻腔温度升高，但等剂量的伪麻黄碱则无此作用。结论：康乐斐有拮抗家兔鼻充血的作用，优于单用伪麻黄碱。

Objective:Anti-nasal decongestant effect of kalefei was observed and compared with that of pseudoephedrini hydrochloridum and chlorphenitamine in rabbits.Method:Rabbit nasal decongestant animal model was established,by using the method of droping proper 0.5% histamine into rabbits nostril.Rabbits were treated with kalefei,pseudoephedrini,chlorphenitamine,respectively,then the variations of temperature in rabbits' nostril histamine were tested.Result:With the dose of 50mg·kg 1 ,kalefei may prevent rabbit nostril from raising its temperature caused by histamine,but the same dose pseudoephedrini has no such effect.Conclusion:Kalefei has really the anti-nasal decongestant effect on rabbit and better than the only used pseudoephedrini,chlorphenitamine.
