中药联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿

Treatment of macular edema of diabetic retinopathy by the combination of Chinese traditional medicine and laser photocoagulation

目的：观察中药联合激光治疗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果。方法：５５例患者根据辨证分型服用中药，并用染料激光进行了全视网膜光凝治疗和黄斑区的光凝治疗。结果：在接受治疗的９３只眼中，视力增加明显者９只眼（９．６８％）；视力有增进者８０只眼（８６．０２％）。８９只眼（９５．７０％）黄斑水肿有不同程度的吸收。结论：中药结合激光光凝是治疗糖尿病视视网膜病变黄斑水肿的有效方法。

OBJECTIVES: To observe effect of traditional Chinese medinine combined laser photocoagulation therapy in treatment of macular edema of diabetic retinopathy. METHODS: Fifty-five patients with macular edema diabetic retinopathy took traditional Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation and combined laser panretinal and macular photocoagulation therapy.RESULTS: Visual acuity of nine eyes (968%) in the treated 93 eyes markedly improved, 80 eyes (8602%) was better than initial visual acuity. Macular edema was absorbed to varying degree. CONCLUSION: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser photocoagulation was one of effective therapy in treatment of macular edema of diabetic retinopathy.
