An Analysis Between Economic Growth of Hebei Province and Change of Employment Structure

随着资本投入的增长和技术的进步,经济的增长将大量未充分就业的农业劳动力向高生产率部门转移而导致就业结构变化,就业结构的变动又进一步促进了经济的增长。试图从生产函数出发,将就业结构变动从全要素生产率中分离出来,得出就业结构变动对经济增长的推动效应及第一产业就业人口向第二三产业的流动对经济增长的贡献。

Following with the increase of capital investment and technological progress and the growth of China＇ s economy, employing only part-time agricultural labors gradually transferred to of high productivity of labor, and the change does have some promoting effect on economic growth. In this paper we separate the change of employment structure from the total factor productivity, and then we can get the promoting effect on economic growth from the change and the contribution to economic growth due to the flow of labor from primary industry to secondary industry and tertiary industry.
