农村籍大学生基层就业意向调研分析

Analysis of Job Tendency of Rural College Students to Basic Level Institution

服务基层、建设家乡是当代大学生的神圣职责。农村籍大学生到基层就业不仅可以有效避开大城市激烈的就业竞争,而且还可以充分发挥其了解基层、熟悉农村的天然优势,实现大学生个人和服务单位的"双赢"。那么,他们到基层就业的意向如何呢?调查显示:农村籍大学生对到基层就业持积极肯定态度的占总调查人数的38.5%,远高于占18.2%的持消极态度大学生比例。基层工作环境艰苦、发展空间小、父母既定期望等因素影响着他们到基层就业的选择。

It is a great responsibility for the modem college students to serve basic level and construct their hometown. For the rural college students, going back to work in basic level can not only alleviate the fierce competition of job market in the metropolis, but also take advantage of their experiences of living in the local rural areas. They know clearly the situations of their hometown, which makes sure the win-win for both the rural college students and the basic level institution. The problem is the willingness of the rural college students to go back. The research shows us that 38.5 % of the students hold the optimistic attitude to go back to the basic level, which is much higher than that of pessimistic position of 18.2%. But some factors influent their choice to go back such as the harsh work conditions of the basic level, the space of further development, the expectation of their parents and so on.
