北京经济管理职业学院南校区图书馆阅览室的服务经验

介绍了北京经济管理职业学院南校区图书馆阅览室为读者构建绿色阅览环境，提高阅览室工作人员的业务水平和服务质量，使老师和学生在阅览室能愉快而高效地学习与研究，从而获得良好心理感受的服务方式。

This paper shows that a green environment for the readers is built by the librian in the Library Reading Room of South School of Beijing Institute of Economic Management, and the operation level and the service quality of the staffs are developed.The Library Reading Room can let teachers and students study pleasantly and efficiently , then they obtain good psychological feelings of the service.
